Producing the rice |
The first step in the production of “Balance alpha” starts from producing the brown rice which is one of the principal ingredients for making “Balance alpha.” It is necessary to have a rice crop with vitality and
which has survived a rugged environment.

The production process of “Balance alpha” takes a long time due to the characteristic of micro-organism fermentation and complete maturing. Complete maturing means the condition where the fermentation as life activity has completely stopped because the nutritive substances have disappeared.
There are about 80 different kinds of useful micro-organisms used for the production of “Balance alpha”,but they become active again if any single nutritive substance remains. We have to avoid this in order to establish the good quality of “Balance alpha”. That is why we take one and a half years to make sure all the nutritive substances are completely eaten by micro-organisms and “Balance alpha” will be in the condition where live activity has stopped.
